Our Mission

The Muslim Community Center for Human Services (MCCHS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1995. The mission of MCCHS is to build strong families and harmonious communities, regardless of religion, ethnicity, race, or place of residence, by providing free and/or affordable healthcare, social services, and educational services to those who face barriers to accessing support due to language or cultural differences, or those who are uninsured or under-insured. MCCHS meets the health and social service needs of more than 160,000 immigrants and families from South East Asia, the Middle East and Africa who reside in North Texas.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We affirm our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. These values will guide our work as we stand firm against all forms of injustice, inequity and racism, all of which threaten the vision of a more just and fair society. Our Leadership, Staff and Board of Directors continuously develop both short and long-term action plans that allow us to listen, learn, reflect, and engage with our community to continue improving our quality of care.
