Muslim Community Center for Human Services- The first Muslim social service organization in Texas, was first established in 1995 to meet the social and medical needs of a growing Muslim community in the Dallas/Fort Worth region.

In July 1995, the Center was incorporated as a non-profit organization and tax-exempt status was obtained. Thirty prominent Muslim community leaders, including the Imams of two mosques in Dallas and the Fort Worth area, were invited to join the Advisory Council. The Advisory Council, Board of Directors, and Volunteers have worked hard since MCC's inception to ensure that the idea and vision of the Muslim Community Center for Human Services stays a reality.

The Muslim Community Center for Human Services (MCCHS) is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization dedicated to serving humanity in general, and more specifically, the Muslim community irrespective of color, creed, or country of origin.

MCCHS seeks to empower the community to act on its own behalf to uplift its people, to strengthen our community, to face complex challenges created by duality of culture, and the lack of appropriate infrastructure impacting the domestic, social, and economic aspects of life.

MCCHS exists to offer and seek cooperation from other organizations working for advancement towards the cherished values of the society at large.
